Quick diagnosis, quick repair When I had an issue with my car, I called them up, they scheduled me to bring my car in the next morning, they diagnosed the problem and got the part When I had an issue with my car, I called them up, they scheduled me to bring my car in the next morning, they diagnosed the problem and got the part ordered same day, part came in the next day, and they had my car fixed within the following day. Dealing with Ryan was great. He let me know what was going on at every step. They got me set up with a loaner vehicle that fit my needs, and they were able to work around my schedule so I didn't have to miss any work. Everyone was pleasant to talk with. I would definitely send others there to have their car worked on. More

Just great service Vince Callaro was the very best I needed a rental so I can go to work while they serviced my car a he was nice and accommodating. Unhappy I've been having my Tahoe serviced here since I purchased it from here in 2011. Kathy has been great in seeing that I leave happy. GREAT EXPERIENCE! The Service Department was booked and they still managed to get me in and out for may Oil Change . Everyone was friendly and welling to help . They even gave me a Car Wash, and daughter a free little gift . I thought that was nice and thoughtful. I will be back for any of my service needs or maybe to purchase a New Vehicle. Oil change I was headed to work, and needed to get an oil change. This was my first time in the service department , and from the initial contact to the cashier, I was headed to work, and needed to get an oil change. This was my first time in the service department , and from the initial contact to the cashier, everyone had a smile on their face and was very pleasant. Although I did not have an appointment, I was informed it would be a couple of hours, which was fine because I work within walking distance. I was called when it was ready and to my surprise, they had washed my car! Thank you for the excellent customer service! More
