Very Disappointed The problem I have with this dealership is that I was lied to several times and was almost strong armed to stay in a deal that I could not afford. We The problem I have with this dealership is that I was lied to several times and was almost strong armed to stay in a deal that I could not afford. Went in bought a car on 9/27. I called on 9/28 and told them I could not afford to keep the new car. Was told my car was sold and since I signed electronically I couldn't return the car. Never was offered to come find anything lower just no and that was final. Once the finance company called I was honest I told them I loved the car and would love to keep it but it didn't fit into my budget. The dealership then told me to just tell them I wanted it and then come back and they would lower it after the deal went threw. When I refused to do that they said my old car was sold they wasn't giving me anything for it so I would have to leave with nothing. No old car, no new car, and no money for the value of my old car. After 7 days I told them to take their car and it just wasn't fair they couldn't do nothing about my car. I began to leave told them I'll just have to hire someone to help recover my car they said your car is in the back and gave me my old car back. Been lying for 6 days to keep me in a uncomfortable sale. Sad part this has been my dealer of choice for2 years now I sent in 3 ppl 2 bought cars. I am never going back not even for a oil change and I never will refer anybody else. More

While Ryan & his crew were installing the hitch they discovered a tire pressure monitor problem & repaired it. They washed the ar too!! The sales & service department are just great. I never expected to experience this in a car dealer, normally you're just trying to be sold something or someone being pushy. I didn't feel that at all. From the service department to the top everyone is so nice and so personable. I felt so comfortable with all of them. Barth Eastman was my salesmen and he held my hand all the way through the this experience from beginning to end. He was so nice and we had good conversation, as if I've known him forever. Koodos to the folks that trained everyone at Phillips Chevy, you did a great job and all the employees are buying into exceptional service. Your standards are high and your service is excellent. I highly recommend Phillips Chevrolet! Go here not just for a car but to be treated with high regards......keep up the good work. Great customer service I came into the service department to have my brakes serviced on my 2008 Chevy Tahoe. My service advisor, Sean Sims provided excellent cutsomer service. He gave me a good explanation of the work that was going to be performed on my vehicle and since I know nothing about cars he went out of his way to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand. Not only that he kept me updated about what issues were going on. (which were none).To top it all off he had my car washed and vacuumed out for me which was great since I didn't expect that. Overall, the visit was pleasant and I would recommend anybody to go check them out. Thanks again to Mr Sims and keep up the great customer service More

Worst experience ever i bought my 2012 Chevy Impala from here and I always came to get my car serviced here and I never had any problems,until I went in today i had a oil i bought my 2012 Chevy Impala from here and I always came to get my car serviced here and I never had any problems,until I went in today i had a oil change done on my 2006 Chevy trail blazer ss. We had SEAN SIMS he checked us in and out and was the WORST person I have ever delt with in a long time he was very RUDE, IGNORANT and UNPROFFESSIONAL. I would never want to deal with that guy ever if I come back to this place. After the oil change was done on my truck he came to get us and brought the paper work to the checkout. He didn't even mention wat was done to the truck or if anything was wrong with the truck, he just gave the people the paperwork and walked out he never even said have a good day or anything like that. He just walked away so as we were going to check out and we noticed the price of the oil change went up from last time we had it done, so the lady called him back in and we told him why did it go up and he got mad and said because it was a synthetic oil and we told him it was the same oil as last time. We told him we have the receipt from last time so we went and got it and he had the nerve to say it only went up like 8 dollars or so and he got a attitude and didn't say anything else. So him and one of the lady workers named simone were by the desk talking I don't know what they were saying but I know they were probably talking about us. So he came in the door and gave the paper work to the cashiers and he didn't even say a word to us he was the RUDEST person that I ever delt with there. I loved going there until I delt with him he changed my mind about going there and the only thing we got out of it by complaining was a oil change. That won't change my mind about going there again for a free oil change I'm gonna be calling corporate on that guy so I hope he has a good day today and don't treat anyone else like he did us. More
