Sam was very friendly and informative. Service was done in a very timely manner. Was able to get in on a Saturday in the morning when I called on a Friday. I do not like that I have to pay $33 for an oil c in a very timely manner. Was able to get in on a Saturday in the morning when I called on a Friday. I do not like that I have to pay $33 for an oil change. One of the main reasons I went to Phillips (Ridgeway) was because they offered oil changes for under $20. I may have to reconsider going elsewhere to get an oil change and service for now on because of the high prices they charge. The car wash and vaccum was an added bonus which could play a factor in my next oil change. More

I had previously heard of Phillips Chevrolet at their original Frankfort, IL location and knew they were a large dealership with a good reputation. However, when I found out they had taken over my forme original Frankfort, IL location and knew they were a large dealership with a good reputation. However, when I found out they had taken over my former dealership, Ridgeway Chevrolet, I was surprised and skeptical as well. Bruno Avila and the rest of the service folks at the brand new Phillips dealership put all of that to rest once and for all. I was very impressed by all of the service and help that I received that I had become accustomed to from all of my years of dealing with Bob and his team. The dealership is very impressive with a much improved inventory, and the service and parts people went out of their way to get me and my awesome 2011 Malibu taken care of. Phillips Chevy was extremely professional in addressing the miscommunication problem with my last visit (See previous review). the service was alright, but it was nice that they took care of me and the Saturn,but that had nothing to do with the experience my son had at one place and where they were going to work on my car for not care of me and the Saturn,but that had nothing to do with the experience my son had at one place and where they were going to work on my car for nothing and since they have posted on line a car that was posted wrong going by them and is still posted on line which to me and him it's false advertisement,but I guess they don't care about a sale they could of made,very by business. I don't mind paying to have my car fix but I feel like that supposed to make everything alright not in my book,very bad business people. More

The reason I come to the Chevrolet Dealer in Lansing is because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. I have had there help in years past and I feel the most comfortable with them with whatever problem because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. I have had there help in years past and I feel the most comfortable with them with whatever problem I have at the time. A customer needs to feel they have confidence in who they speak with; and give their car to work on over the years these men have given me that confidence in them no matter what problem I may have. I can sincerely say they are number one on my list when it comes to trust and service of my vehicle and I will continue to request them in any return I may have.
