This was my first time making a large purchase and buying a car so I was extremely nervous. I chose Phillips Chevrolet after looking at reviews and after receiving a personal video from Michael Stramaglia. I a car so I was extremely nervous. I chose Phillips Chevrolet after looking at reviews and after receiving a personal video from Michael Stramaglia. I emailed him back after watching the video and got a response within the hour. I called him the next morning and was able to make an appointment for the following day. After meeting Mike I felt much more confident about making such a large purchase and I felt like my needs mattered more than making a sale. I couldn’t have asked for a better salesperson or experience. I really love the car I chose, the deal I got, and the service I received from all of the staff at Phillips and especially Mike’s amazing help and guidance. I would definitely recommend them and will be sharing my experience with friends and family who are looking for excellent car service. I am truly grateful for Mike’s help and the quality of customer service exhibited by each person at Phillips! More
