They said that it was the EASIEST vehicle purchase they had ever experienced, and have all commented (after the fact) they could not believe that Mike also followed up after the sale to check in and make sure all was as they expected. I promised each (in advance of calling Mike) that the process would be simple, fair, and seamless, and that is PRECISELY what he delivered. Let’s face it, the car business, just like mine (the Insurance business) is about relationships.
