I normally shop for months before buying a car. The is the first time that I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off on my trade. I was given a price separate from the car i wanted to buy. the service was alright, but it was nice that they took care of me and the Saturn,but that had nothing to do with the experience my son had at one place and where they were going to work on my car for not care of me and the Saturn,but that had nothing to do with the experience my son had at one place and where they were going to work on my car for nothing and since they have posted on line a car that was posted wrong going by them and is still posted on line which to me and him it's false advertisement,but I guess they don't care about a sale they could of made,very by business. The reason I come to the Chevrolet Dealer in Lansing is because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. I have had there help in years past and I feel the most comfortable with them with whatever problem because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. A customer needs to feel they have confidence in who they speak with; and give their car to work on over the years these men have given me that confidence in them no matter what problem I may have. I can sincerely say they are number one on my list when it comes to trust and service of my vehicle and I will continue to request them in any return I may have.
