Jacque's your guy I went to Phillips Chevy to trade in my old car. I had in mind what I wanted & what I could afford to pay. Jacque greeted me with a warm smile & firm I went to Phillips Chevy to trade in my old car. I had in mind what I wanted & what I could afford to pay. Jacque greeted me with a warm smile & firm handshake. I explained to him my situation & he took me to see various suvs & cars in my price range. Once I picked the car I wanted,he ran and got the keys for a test drive. I took it for a drive around the block,but he said keep going to get a better feel for it. While driving,he explained all the features in the suv. Once back at the dealership,he got started on paperwork. Everything had asked for I had on me. Even the small time that I did wait,he offered me a soda/water. Kept a conversation with me. After the deal was done, he helped me tranfer all my personal belongings to my NEW suv. I've seen where some guys once they sale a car,they forget about you & move to the next one. NOT JACQUE!!! He made me feel like someone special!!! Thanks Jacque for all your help~!!! More
Almost walked away I stopped by Phillips Chevy on a random Thursday afternoon after seeing an almost "too-good-to-be-true" Audi online. The price was amazing, the miles I stopped by Phillips Chevy on a random Thursday afternoon after seeing an almost "too-good-to-be-true" Audi online. The price was amazing, the miles low, the condition like new, and the drive was oh so smooth. I'm not really sure if I had intentions on making my purchase that day, but I honestly fell in love with the car immediately. I was originally dealing with a different salesman before encountering Jacques. The original salesman was very good at his job, he worked diligently with his manager and finance team to get me to an unbelievable price and payment plan (especially considering my very rough credit history and minimal down payment & trade-in value). Even after all of that, I was still extremely hesitant and unsure of the commitment that I was about to make. What was even more uncomfortable was his super aggressiveness and lack of patience. Feeling extremely overwhelmed and pressured, I was about to leave the dealership... until I was presented with Jacques. He was a complete breath of fresh air!! He was calm, reassuring but not too eager to make the sale, and understanding. He was patient enough to go over my itemized budget with me to work in the new numbers of my potential car note and insurance, he related to me on a personal level to help me to understand the positivity of my situation in the midst of all the negative factors, and he even went back out with me for a second drive in the car to let me make my own decision and to get away from what seemed like an extremely aggressive/pressuring sales office.... I appreciated Jacques for that. He made me feel like I had all the time in the world to make my decision, and whichever decision that may have been, he was completely ok with it. It was Jacques who sold me my car. Sure the first salesman got the numbers where I needed them to be, but Jacques got my mind, spirit, and confidence where it needed to be. I would recommend him to ANY and EVERY person out there looking to purchase a car. More
