Got The Car I Always Wanted. Went to Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing looking to just see the Corvette Stingray. I saw one they had and inquired about the Camaro. I went to another Chevy dealership on Halsted IL and at the time they wanted to put me in a LS. I test drove it and refused the sale because I felt I should have been able to get the SS or at least the LT and I didn't like the ride. I ended up getting a 2013 Dodge Challenger Sxt Plus instead. I liked that car but I always wanted the Camaro. Joe Snaidauf got me that test drive in a red SS which I enjoyed but I had to go so I came back the next day. I saw the same SS in silver so I inquired about that. Jacques Baron did the sale for me and we talked for a while until they could work the numbers for me to get the car. I received a lower interest rate than on my Challenger with a payment I believe I can afford. I had a great time and will recommend my friend go there to get his car as he wants a Camaro too. More

Bad Experience turned Postitive I purchased a truck from the previous owned Ridgeway Chevy in which the vehicle continued to give me problems. He placed me in the hands of Mike D.(Sales manager) who went over several options to accommodate me with my new purchase who then placed me with a sales agent by the name of Jacques who was an absolute charm and very understanding to my needs. To sum up my experience everyone that I encountered was professional, friendly, and warm, including the service staff and others who greeted me and my son each visit.
