I went in skeptical because I had purchased a brand new vehicle in 2014; worried about the back end. Bart said, "You won't know what can be done if you don't give us a chance!!!! Came out in a brand new 2016, with 2 (did you hear me) 2 MILES ON IT!!! It doesn't get any better than that and my payment is just as I requested. Bart is a deal changer, he can and will make it happen!!! The whole Phillips family is a wonderful crew to do business with. Henry, Tom, Mark....everyone is great. Very Disappointed The problem I have with this dealership is that I was lied to several times and was almost strong armed to stay in a deal that I could not afford. We The problem I have with this dealership is that I was lied to several times and was almost strong armed to stay in a deal that I could not afford. Went in bought a car on 9/27. I called on 9/28 and told them I could not afford to keep the new car. Was told my car was sold and since I signed electronically I couldn't return the car. Never was offered to come find anything lower just no and that was final. Once the finance company called I was honest I told them I loved the car and would love to keep it but it didn't fit into my budget. The dealership then told me to just tell them I wanted it and then come back and they would lower it after the deal went threw. When I refused to do that they said my old car was sold they wasn't giving me anything for it so I would have to leave with nothing. No old car, no new car, and no money for the value of my old car. After 7 days I told them to take their car and it just wasn't fair they couldn't do nothing about my car. I began to leave told them I'll just have to hire someone to help recover my car they said your car is in the back and gave me my old car back. Been lying for 6 days to keep me in a uncomfortable sale. Sad part this has been my dealer of choice for2 years now I sent in 3 ppl 2 bought cars. I am never going back not even for a oil change and I never will refer anybody else. More
Everything done at this dealership is first rate.. My salesman, Mr. T.J. Pacocha was waiting at the door when my wife and I drove in the lot. He spent a lot of time with us not knowing whether we were going to buy or not. We were supposed to pick up our car at 12 noon on Wednesday October 5, 2016 . Mr. Pacocha did not start work until 1:00 pm that day but Mr. Troy Ivory got us started on our finishing paperwork as if he were our original salesman. Mr. Mark Hawkins, the finance manager, painstakingly explained everything about our financing. Mr. Henry King explained all of the aftermarket car necessities. Very satisfied We were on a tight budget and our salesman, Phil Derkacy, did a great job working with us and didn't try to push us into a higher priced car at all. We drove out in a new car that the wife and kids love and stayed in our budget. We were there late (after the dealership closed) and Phil stayed til after everything was finished to help my wife with all the features in the car. He even set the radio stations for her. Everyone there was very nice and the finance representative, Tom, was also exceptional. More
