Mr. Pacocha did not start work until 1:00 pm that day but Mr. Troy Ivory got us started on our finishing paperwork as if he were our original salesman. Mr. Mark Hawkins, the finance manager, painstakingly explained everything about our financing. Mr. Henry King explained all of the aftermarket car necessities. Very satisfied We were on a tight budget and our salesman, Phil Derkacy, did a great job working with us and didn't try to push us into a higher priced car at all.
