The reason I come to the Chevrolet Dealer in Lansing is because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. I have had there help in years past and I feel the most comfortable with them with whatever problem because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. I recently went to another chevy dealer closer to where I live & got a horrible visiting experience.
