Extremely satisfied! I was very reluctant to go to this dealership. There was no way I was going to be able to buy a new car, but I needed one. Johnny "Smitty" Smith met I was very reluctant to go to this dealership. There was no way I was going to be able to buy a new car, but I needed one. Johnny "Smitty" Smith met me at the door, escorted me to his desk, and the next thing I knew, I was leaving with a brand new 2016 Malibu! Phillips Chevrolet Lansing = Top Notch Crew I began with their internet dept since I live 150+ miles away; and I was professionally handled by Sierra & Jackie to arrive at a price suitable to vi I began with their internet dept since I live 150+ miles away; and I was professionally handled by Sierra & Jackie to arrive at a price suitable to visit the dealership to test drive the pre-owned vehicle I'd selected. Shawn was our Sales Rep, and graciously greeted us at the front door, before getting acquainted and taking a test drive. Congrats to Shawn for his low-key and understanding manner, as we were able to complete the purchase with his fine assistance, along with Paul Kay. We were treated like family by every staff member along the way, something I've not experienced in a retail setting in years...Customer Service still exists at Phillips Chevrolet, and it's easy to see they do it this way every day !
