Best car buying experience ever I went into Phillips Chevrolet expecting that I wouldn't get approved. I was a dealers worst nightmare. Josh was polite and attentive, he listened to my needed and delivered above my expectations. I am now a proud owner of a 2016 chevy Malibu that I drove right off the showroom floor.
