The staff did everything they could to take care of me from my salesman Jamaal to the manager Mark. The sale was not pressured and I was comfortable the entire process. The worked with me and my situation and were kind, easy going and great to do business again. Jamaal was very knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to make sure that I was getting what I wanted out of my new truck. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend or purchase another vehicle from Phillips Chevy. More

Simply Amazing!! I worked with Smitty and Paul during my visit to Phillips Chevy. From the moment I walked in the door to the very end of my deal they were both outstanding! Smitty was very patient with me, he answered all my questions, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was nervous about purchasing a vehicle because it had been many years since I had done so but Smitty made me very comfortable. In fact when I sat in his chair, he told me to relax. He could sense that I was nervous. I would highly recommend Phillips Chevy to whomever is shopping around for a car. My mom also purchased her car from here. Paul was the icing on the cake for me! By the time I got to him I was kind of tired but his energy, smile and enthusiasm perked me right up! He was able to get my rate lower than what it was originally left the dealership. I had an error on pricing and it was corrected right away with no problem or hassle. All the stereotypes of car salesman go completely out the window when dealing with the two great guys! I've found somewhere that I'm sure to return to in a few years and will send my family and friends here as well. More

Great Sales Team! Our salesman, Barth Eastman, couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgable about the car we were interested in. He also had a great sense of humor. We ended up purchasing a 2016 Trax LTZ from him. The sales manager, Mark Catuara, came over to welcome us and introduce himself. A fantastic person, bubbling with energy and warmth. We then met with Henry King, who counseled us on various options that were available for our new car. Again, great guy, very professional and knowledgable as well. Finally, we met with Paul Kay, the finance specialist. If the other three gentlemen were an "ice cream sundae", Paul is the "cherry" on top! We LOVED him! He was a joy to work with and, because we were on a tight time schedule, he covered all the details quickly, yet amazingly he was able to offer us the perfect solution that met all our needs. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars, because he is a 10! We left feeling like a member of the big, happy, energetic family that is Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing! We LOVE them! More

I had the pleasure of dealing with Barth Eastman, my salesperson. Barth is a very knowledgeable, personable, energetic and patient person. Barth spent a great deal of time with us answering all of our questions and wanted to make sure that we were well informed about the car we were looking to purchase (and did purchase) without any pressure. If you stop in at the dealership, be sure to specifically ask for Barth. You won't regret it. Barth, you're the BEST!!! As we continued the process of our purchase we had the opportunity to deal with several other employees that I have to give kudos to. They are Mark Catuara, Henry King and Paul A. Kay.
