Dream come true! The car I was interested in was at their sister dealership in Frankfort. They had gotten it there in Lansing all ready for me before I even got there! I always worried about the stereotypical pushy car salesman but Todd listened to what I wanted and made sure that was exactly what I got and that it fit my needs. He was friendly, efficient and made me feel completely at ease as we looked at the car I had in mind. I became completely relaxed and it was like buying a car from family. Not only was he well-versed in the knowledge of all the Chevy cars on the floor and in the lot, he had a witty charm about him too. Todd also made sure to answer all the questions I had about the Trax and made sure I knew everything I needed to about it and things I hadn't even thought to ask. He even made sure to look at the door when it was noticeably sticking out at the one corner and fixed the clip on it so it was in mint condition before I drove it off the lot. I would definitely buy another car from Todd if I ever needed another and I couldn't imagine a purchase going as smoothly as it did today if it had been in anyone else's hands. He was extremely courteous and an excellent employee. More

Excellent Experience - go see Mike Stramaglia! No pain car purchase! Was working with my parents to purchase a vehicle to replace their older Suburban. Stopped by Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing with my parents just to check out available colors. Mr. Stramaglia greeted us and even after we told him we were just interested in evaluating colors of the Traverse which he had in stock, with kindness and courtesy he took the time to show us the colors and features of several vehicles. When we had seen enough we thanked Mr. Stramaglia and proceeded back to our vehicle to leave the dealership. We did not get very far. Mr. Stramaglia's graciousness had a very positive impact on us so we returned and quickly decided this was the exact right car, salesperson and dealer to purchase from.
