Overcharges if you don't nvestigate on line Although the salesman was very nice and accomadible, the cost for the 2 cars I was interested were overcharged by at least 2000.00 with the trade in. Afterwards I looked up and saw the both cars on sale! Why is it they do not know the internet prices too? I will not recoment this dealership to anone. Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever I was in need of a new car so I started doing my research online. I found several cars that fit my price needs. I actually started with Webb Chevy in I was in need of a new car so I started doing my research online. I found several cars that fit my price needs. I actually started with Webb Chevy in Plainfield. Found a Malibu I liked. So I called my bank got pre-approved. Then I called back said I was ready to move forward. However the car I wanted was in oak lawn I asked them to get the car moved and they refused to do it. This is when I found my new Cruze at Phillips. It took some more research and several phone calls with Kellye and ultimately came up with an agreed apon out the door price with the help of sales manager Kevin. So when I walked thru the door to finish paper work I ended up with Phil as my sales specialist. Long story short he went above and beyond to make sure I was HAPPY. Then Phil in Finance found a way to get me a better deal on my interest rate saving me a 1/4%. If you arenin the Market for a car do your homework if Phillips doesn't already have the best deal, they will work with you on price. I will absolutely go back here when it's time.
