Efficient service, delightful experience I visited Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing in search of my first car and was assisted by Shawn Breish. My wife and i are first time buyers and, after in I visited Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing in search of my first car and was assisted by Shawn Breish. My wife and i are first time buyers and, after initially visiting 2 other car dealerships prior, we were skeptical of how dealers treat their customers. Shawn was patient to explain and answer our questions. He was not pushy and didn't feel we were being forced into something we were not comfortable with (not the same can be said of the other dealer). We went home delighted with the perfect car that we were looking for - thanks to the professional and efficient handling and assistance of Shawn and the rest of Team PCL.
