The reason I come to the Chevrolet Dealer in Lansing is because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. I have had there help in years past and I feel the most comfortable with them with whatever problem because of people like John Hayes and Jim Gerba. David Bennett was the dealer whom I encountered & I'd give excellent review on his customer service skills, politeness, & business savvy. I recently went to another chevy dealer closer to where I live & got a horrible visiting experience. Which makes me appreciate what Lansing Phillips Chevrolet & David Bennett hospitality & service meant. So when I do make my descion in the near future about a vehicle I'll make sure it'll be with Phillip Chevrolet & David Bennett. More
