I had been i I recently bought a vehicle at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing. I worked with Nestor Urrutia and well it resulted in a 5 star experience. I had been in the market for a vehicle for some time. As a person who is very deliberate and methodical in these types of decisions I had taken my time to research the vehicle I wanted. This resulted in visiting many dealers of various car makes in different states including multiple Chevy dealers. I spoke to Uniqueka on the phone initially who was very kind and informative. Originally they did not have the exact color of the vehicle I wanted and so she went back worked her magic and called me back and found the exact car I wanted and was having it shipped over to the dealership. And this was just for me to look at and test drive with no guarantee that I would would take it. In the end I felt right buying my car with Nestor because it was the right experience and him and the team worked to get me a deal I could not pass up. He spent a great deal of time with me in the vehicle going over the details of the features with an extended test drive. Our interaction was professional, he was very kind and I never felt pressured at any moment. He took pride showing me everything about the vehicle. I had come in late after work and him and the team stayed late into the night making sure all the details were taken care of. The car was cleaned, tanked, tires checked and aired before given to me. Although it was late Nestor sat with me in the car and called the on-star system and showed me how to set up the app. I received follow up phone calls over the next few days to see how I liked the car and he researched any questions I had about the vehicle and gave me a call back. Henry King was great when I had questions regarding accessories and Tom Kernagis in Finance was fantastic. I had actually planned on various coverages that I thought I would need and Tom actually explained to me why I wouldn't need them. The paperwork process was efficient, and instead of a folder full of paperwork everything I need for my car is on a jump drive. I have been at other dealerships with family where the finance process is the most painful and inefficient. After taking some time to snap a few photos with my new car Nestor left the lot after I exited the dealership. In summary, this team went out of their way to get me the car I wanted when I had the small period of time to see and test drive it, they made me a great deal, and throughout the process most importantly they were honest with me. I was not being sold a vehicle they had rather I felt that they went out and got me the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. I could not be more satisfied with the process and I highly recommend Nestor, Tom and the team at Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing. More

Because of a broken foot I jokingly asked if he made house calls, and to my surprise he got permission to bring a car to my home to test drive around my block. He then went back and made out the paperwork and returned with it for me to sign and even put on my license plates for me. Service above and beyond my expectations! Even after the sale was completed a week later he took time to explain how things in it work. These new cars are far smarter than I am. He said that if I ever get a smart phone he will also hook that up for me to the Bluetooth system in my car. I highly recommend him and the Phillips dealership. More
