Fantastic Dealership - Awesome Staff! On December 23rd, my husband and I purchased a car from Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing. After driving it for several days and reflecting on our purcha On December 23rd, my husband and I purchased a car from Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing. After driving it for several days and reflecting on our purchase, I felt compelled to write another review of our experience. This is the second car we've purchased from Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing and both times Barth Eastman, our Product Specialist, has made the car buying process fun and enjoyable. Fun, because he is such a charismatic, friendly and outgoing man. He makes everyone feel special! Enjoyable, because he made the usual monotony of car buying easy! We told him what we wanted and he chose two cars that fit our criteria. One of the vehicles he selected was a 2017 Equinox Premier. It had everything on our "wish list", including the perfect color! Barth Eastman is the main reason we continue to buy our vehicles from Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing. He is always "on call" after we buy a car from him. He follows up on every aspect of the purchase to make sure we're satisfied and to answer any questions that may come up after we drive off with our new car. Also, the General Sales Manager, Mark Catuara, couldn't have made us feel more welcome and important. He is always in a good mood, so happy and very attentive to our wants/needs which, in turn, makes us happy! Bill Goldrick, the Guest Relations Manager, was super! Finally, Tom Kernagis, the Finance Manager, was amazing! He took us through all the "paperwork" quickly and effortlessly.
