Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Visited Phillips Chevy to buy a truck for my Father. Right away Floyd Brown helped us find a Silverado that met all of his needs. He was attentive, patient, and very fun to work with. He made sure my Father was well taken care of, and beat pricing we'd seen at other Dealerships around Illinois. His manager James Major introduced himself and helped explain services we can expect from Phillips. We also met Mr. King who helped us pick out the right add-on accessories and protection packages!
