Great Experience Was looking around the lot looking for a specific car I saw online. Throughout the whole process Donna was incredibly helpful in getting the car at a price that worked for me. Normally I am not a fan of the whole dealership experience but this was the exception. While waiting on paperwork Donna gave me a little tour of the dealership and everyone she introduced me to was incredibly pleasant and easy to work with. Donna did a great job making this a great experience! More

Used Vehicle Purchase My recent purchase was for a vehicle following an accident. found a used 2016 Buick Enclave at this dealership online, There's always that hesitation My recent purchase was for a vehicle following an accident. found a used 2016 Buick Enclave at this dealership online, There's always that hesitation to purchase without seeing the vehicle first. We decided to downsize from the Suburban to smaller SUV. Dealership listed this vehicle in excellent condition and had to see it in person. Phillips lived up to their word. The vehicle was very clean, other than a tiny, tiny ding on one door. (It' s a used vehicle and expected some flaws, but this was very very minor). Needless to say, thanks to research on the internet these days, I reviewed the vehicle online and decided that this might be the one for us. Price was at good point. Took vehicle for test drive; all seems up to par; purchased vehicle. I would consider this dealership reputable, considering my experience. Salesman was Bart. he knows the product he is selling. I had a conversation with him about knowing the product that you are selling and he knows it and I feel if he didn't, he would be honest enough to get you the right answer/information. It was a little busy when we arrived, but were greeted instantly, which is a plus in my book. More

T.J. was able to work out a great deal for me. Once I took the car home I realized that there were some features that I thought I was getting that were not on the car. When T.J. called to see how things were going I told him that I was not happy. He assured me that I would be satisfied. T.J. and his manager James made sure that I got the features that I wanted without paying extra. These are great buys and this is a good Dealership. More
