Shawn was our Sales Rep, and graciously greeted us at the front door, before getting acquainted and taking a test drive. Congrats to Shawn for his low-key and understanding manner, as we were able to complete the purchase with his fine assistance, along with Paul Kay. We were treated like family by every staff member along the way, something I've not experienced in a retail setting in years...Customer Service still exists at Phillips Chevrolet, and it's easy to see they do it this way every day ! I walked in very unsure if I would be able to get a vehicle that I wanted at a rate that I could live with. Johnny 'Smitty' Smith changed that very quickly. he was very attentive and understanding of my situation. He worked diligently to get the deal done. In the end I am very happy with my 2015 Chevy malibu! I would recommend everyone head over to Phillips and go see Smitty! More

Absolutely amazing!!!!! The entire staff is exceptional. Everyone is so polite and friendly.
