From there, they delivered a beautiful truck to me with a deal I couldn't refuse. Customer service has many components, it's not just a smile and handshake. From start to finish, everyone was professional, polite, and friendly. The lack of pressure was a delightful change of pace from other car buying experiences I have had in the the past and my lead salesperson, Phil, went above and beyond the call of duty in terms of patiently helping me get acquainted with all the new technology inherent in the Bolt EV.
