Stopped by Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing with my parents just to check out available colors. Mr. Stramaglia greeted us and even after we told him we were just interested in evaluating colors of the Traverse which he had in stock, with kindness and courtesy he took the time to show us the colors and features of several vehicles. When we had seen enough we thanked Mr. Stramaglia and proceeded back to our vehicle to leave the dealership. We did not get very far.
