He listened to what we wanted, didn't beat around the bush, and got us in and out, with a trade-in, in the quickest way possible. In the past I have spent up to 8 hours at a dealership "playing games", so this experience was a breath of fresh air. In addition to Eric's help, Sam Darwish was fantastic to work with, doing anything and everything to get us the deal that worked for us. This is the 2nd purchase I've made at Phillips of Lansing in the last few years, the respect and professionalism we experienced was great and we will be back.... More
