I was so nervous to buy a new car for the first time by myself even though I did months of extensive research and knew what I was talking about before I got to the dealership. I was helped by Donna, the sp myself even though I did months of extensive research and knew what I was talking about before I got to the dealership. I was helped by Donna, the specialist and then Christina, the sales manager. They were absolutely exuberant and are just amazing. I know I can be a bit difficult but they were sooo patient and answered all my questions without any issues!!! I feel so confident with my purchase!!! They didn’t try to push me into anything or sway me from anything and I appreciate that so much!!! I feel confident in my purchase and ecstatic that they made me feel comfortable unlike other places. Absolutely love my Chevy Blazer LT!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone searching for a new car!!! My daughter and I give them ALL the thumbs up!!! :D More

Donna at Phillips Chevrolet made the purchase of my new ride easy and as painless as a trip to a car dealership could be. The staff that I encountered while there were honest, professional and knowledgeabl ride easy and as painless as a trip to a car dealership could be. The staff that I encountered while there were honest, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. For the first time ever I did NOT feel pressured or uncomfortable at anytime during my dealings with this staff, and Donna in particular, while working on the purchase of the vehicle. After spending 2 months researching vehicles across the country I felt so comfortable with Donna and Phillips Chevrolet that I drove 17hrs from Texas to the dealership to finalize the deal and drive my new car home. Thank you Donna for such a wonderful experience! More
