Mike made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable. Something you rarely find in a dealership. From the moment we arrived, Mike listened to our needs and made us feel comfortable. Mike was very knowledgeable regarding the vehicleand was able to answer all our questions. He did not pressure us. We were at 2 dealerships prior to Phillips and no one provided the high level of customer service that Mike did. Mike took the time to make sure to educate on the vehicle, display and controls on the car. He assisted us to set everything up prior to driving away. In others words we didn't fell like just another number for his month or "sale", He was able to personalize the experience. He also contacted us the next business day to check in if everything was satisfactory. It was a pleasant experience thanks to Mike.We will definitely recommend Mike and the Phillips Lansing dealership to our friends and family. More
