Great Experience I was looking to sell my car and used KBB Instant Offer. It sent me to Philips Chevrolet. The dealership knew that I was not looking to buy a car at t I was looking to sell my car and used KBB Instant Offer. It sent me to Philips Chevrolet. The dealership knew that I was not looking to buy a car at this time and that I wanted to just sell my Jeep. Oscar and Paul took care of me from the moment I walked in. Oscar got me all set-up for the appraisal and Paul completed the appraisal for me. I was happy with the price and accepted the offer. I was in and out of there under an hour.
