Went in to check out a car and saw Salesman Durman Jackson. After I decided to trade-in my current vehicle, I started to dread that I would be low-balled and have to deal back and forth for an hour. I knew what my vehicle was worth and surprisingly Phillips offered it right away! Durman doesn’t try to hussle or keep aggressively trying to make you commit, but just gives you the facts and features and lets you make up your own mind, which makes for a pleasant experience! He doesn’t BS about features he isn’t sure about like most Salesman, but will ask someone and give you an honest answer! I can highly recommend him to help with anyone needing a new car! I can see why Phillips is the number one rated dealer in Illinois and Durman is an asset to them and part of that reason! The Finance person I believe was Ryan, who again didn’t try to aggressively over-sell things you don’t want!
