This is our third new vehicle purchase from Chris Baxendale at Phillips, and I'm sure it won't be our last. He's always been pleasant, accomodating for our vehicle needs, knowledgeable and communicates well. Not pushy, he doesn't come off as more concerned for the sale than our needs in a vehicle. (That would send us out the door!) I've recommended him to friends. Phillips is right up there, in terms of service and vehicle availabilty. I am a little upset at this time that two out of the three add-ons we wanted/purchased were not available at this time, even though we were told they would be. Now that we've paid for them, I'm hoping they are in real soon. More
