I was ready to purchase a vehicle and specifically said I did not want my credit checked because I was paying in full. I told the salesman numerous times and even said I will not buy the vehicle if my credit is going to be checked. He did a hard inquiry anyway which is unacceptable. Then to add more insult he casually apologizeed and blamed the salesman. Way to handle your mistake. I was so upset, I didn't purchase the vehicle. I will never give this dealership my business. If Richard is part of your experience, my advice would be to walk away! More
