Marty was an excellent salesman. Answered questions, effectively 'encouraged' a decision, but respected my decision to evaluate other options. Waiting well over an hour and a half to pay cash for a car nearly turned a very positive experience into a really mediocre one. The sense that the dealership makes the customer a priority evaporates quickly when, once the decision to purchase has been made, the bottom drops out of 'customer service'. Finding a way to expedite this part of the process would be a good thing. The other input I would like to provide is that the Internet response to inquiries from Phillips is excellent. Where other dealerships simpy provided a form-letter response (we'll call you to talk about your needs), Phillips' response was specific, provided as list of available vehicles that met my stated requirements, and actually provided the quote that had been requested. This was the specific reason I came to Phillips vs the other Chevrolet dealers that responded with their generic replies. Jan Engle More
