I received a Letter Fron the General Manager Mike Maheras. The letter was to inform that my car had reached its first Birthday. I also love the fact that everybody at Phillips continues to Treat me with continuous respect everytime I walk through that door. I had an opportunity today to even meet Happy who had a beautiful writeup in the newspaper. He handed me a heart today which is the symbolic mascot of what Phillips Chevrolet is all about. Tim Christ is a extremely hard worker and was very busy today yet continued to keep everybody happy and content. Tim was able to explain to all of his customers what type of service and was able to have those matters taken care of in a timely manner. Mr. Mark Hawkins always stops to joke and laugh with me about my next purchase and we already have it picked out. I will let you ask him he will tell you which one it is.
