Eric was our first contact when we were looking to purchase a new vehicle.He was very patient,showed us several models and answered all our questions. Mike did all the financing and paperwork at the end and was most enjoyable to talk to. After all the Protector work was done the following day,Eric called to let us know to pick it up. He helped with the On Star introduction, switched our plates,and then sat in the car with us and again went over all instructions to use all the buttons,levers, and knobs.I'll be referring to the owners manual a lot in the next few weeks.
