I carry some of mike and jaime business cards with me so i can turn other people on to a great dealership, one which really cares about their customers. He is a very pleasant man, and he has a servant's heart. He made me feel very comfortable even though I had no real knowledge about my car. He took time to show me how to operate the radio and other features. He was truly a great help with getting me signed on to OnStar. I had to return to get an alarm system put on my car. I was given a loaner without any charge. Now that is what I call great customer service and consideration. I had a great experience and the price of my vehicle was well within my means, and Phillips took the time to give me a fair price for my monthly payments.
