I recently was helping my sister-in-law replace a car on a very tight budget. We went into Phillips looking for a used car for about $12k. He asked what we were looking for and he asked Hani Sahoury to help us out. Everyone was very polite and it didn't feel like we were dealing with "Used Car Salesmen". Hani listned to what we were looking for and brought 3 cars for us to look at. He never once tried to oversell us. We ended up buying a car that night for exactly what we wanted to spend. I recently went back to Phillips because I needed to replace my old car. I was looking to buy a new chevy equinox. Hani and I talked on the phone and by email and when I arrived at the dealership he had the car I wanted ready for me. We agreed on a price and that was it. All in all a very pleasant experience. I was so busy with work I couldn't attend to the preliminary aspects of choosing which model I wanted and working out the financing, so a dear friend of my mom's along with my mom took care of it for me. Daniel treated them with such kindness and respect. He treated me the same way. What make him and this dealer as a whole so extraordinary to me is not only their people skills, but their genuine desire to fair and helpful. From a customer standpoint they are golden. It's good business because they will have my business now for years to come and I am VERY loyal. Initially we went to Rizzo in Orland Park and the staff there were awful, arrogant, condescending and greedy. I was physically sickened.
