We have been shopping for an Equinox for about a month and we knew exactly what we wanted, but was having a hard time finding it in the Quad City area, after visiting several dealers and getting the run a and we knew exactly what we wanted, but was having a hard time finding it in the Quad City area, after visiting several dealers and getting the run around of empty promises of locating us what we wanted, we finally just came home, got on our computer and found Phillips which was only a couple of hours from us. My husband (Marvelous Marv) spoke to Jeff and he let us know that they did have what we were looking for. So a friend rode along with us and we thought we'd just have lunch while we were up there. When we arrived at Phillips in the rain, they greeted us and opened the door and welcomed us in. We met Rami, who was just absolutely amazing. We've never met a car salesman who didn't yank our chain, but Rami had an honest answer for every question we had and was very knowledgeable about the Equinox. We then met Phillip whose birthday is the same day as mine. Happy Birthday in July and I'll be checking my mailbox for my card. Ha,ha. Also,very happy with Phillip, although we chose not to use the undercoating etc. Then Yasin in finance, who did an amazing job getting us a very low interest rate and did everything very quickly and also answered all our questions. Howard's knowledge and great attitude won us over. Not only were we deciding on buying a new 2011 Equinox but we wanted to make sure we were treated right and fairly. Howard made sure we were and made sure we were making a great investment. Bottom line is Howard is extremely friendly, helpful and respects your thoughts and opinions.
