From the first car I have bought from Phillips to the most recent they have been outstanding. My salesman has been nothing short of great since my recent purchase of a 2500 hd 2011. This was one of my better experiences I have had at a dealership. Our sales person, Jeff Walker, was extreamly frindly, easy going, and he knew how to make my family comfortable. We had two children that had their patience wearing very thin but Jeff did not seem to be bothered by that. He put forth MUCH effort to help keep the kids happy. He spoke equally to both myself and my husband which is almost unheard of at a car dealership. I felt like he gave all of us the respect that we were looking for. Jeff was also outstanding when it came to the reason we were there, finding a car that was right for us. He took the time that was needed to get our car choice right. I am extreamly happy with my perchase and the treatment in which my entire family receved while shopping at Phillips Chevrolet.
