They actually gave me 21k ...2 k less. salesman henry king was a very friendly great salesman!!! very pleased with him. purchased acc. for truck in after sales dept. wanted marker lights for truck a 55$ option on build and price. but acc. man phil said he can do them for 275$ cause they have to be done by dealership certified mechanic and to be covered under warrany and not void warranty.. then i get a call 6 hours after i dropped it off saying they dont do that kind of work and have to send it out. After i paid up front for parts and installation. so basiically im paying high hourly certified mechanic shop rate for a non certified shop to do them at cheaper rate with no warranty, so basically im getiing ripped off and lied too. All in all i feel like i was lyed to and cheated. sales personal very good but not everyone there is a good buisness person. I would of been very pleased if they were straight foward and told me in first place they couldnt do lights instead of lying, saying they can and charge me a premium price and have them done half ass by an outside party More

This had A LOT to do with the wonderful treatment and customer service I received from my salesman, Bob Brow, and his Sales Maanger Mike Darge. They both were incredibly nice and personable, not only to me, but also to my family who was there to support me on my first big purchase! Because of these two men, my first experience in buying a new car was the best that I believe it could have been. Bob listened to what I was saying and directed me to the car that would best fit me. After we decided the Cruze would be the best fit, he educated me on all the car had to offer, and was VERY knowledgeable on the subject matter. If there was a question or concern that he could not answer, he immediately found me the person that could. When it came time to purchase the car, Bob worked collaboratively with Mike to ensure that I was getting the best possible deal on my new car. They worked together with me, being very open and honest, and explaining everything along the way, to find the right price. I am thankful to have had these guys on my team when buying my new car, and because of them, I look forward to stepping foot into Phillips Chevrolet in the future! Thank you Bob and Mike! :) More

Plenty of choices as far as inventory goes. The dealer discount was great. The salesmen knew about the car and its features. Their persistance to make a sale and to please us went beyond our expectations. The used Equinox was a certified one, meaning it came with a warrantity. The majority of Phillips used vehicles are certified. There was no high pressure. Everything they promised us,they came through on. I originally went into Philips to just look at an Equinox and get an idea of the features of the car. I went to the dealership with my daughter on a raining/snowing day just to stop in and pick up a brochur and get an idea of the features of the car. I went to the dealership with my daughter on a raining/snowing day just to stop in and pick up a brochure. As I approached the door to the show room I was greeted by Albion Balaj. Albion immediately asked if I was looking for a particular sales person, I replied no it was my first visit. We informed Albion that we were just looking for my wife, we were vetting out cars before bringing her out the car we liked. Albion took us into the showroom and asked what car we considering, we told him the Equinox, Albion went back out into the snow and rain to locate and bring an Equinox right up to the show room door. My daughter and I sat in the car while Albion showed and demonstratd all the great features of the Equinox. After going over the car's features with us he invited us back in the show room and shared more information about the Equinox, going over the options and colors for interior and exterior. We left that afternoon very happy knowing that we found the sales person we wanted to work with, if we decided to buy an Equinox. A couple weeks later I brought my wife back to meet Albion and see the Equinox. Albion brought another vehicle to the door and demonstrated all the features of the vehicle. We then went on a test drive. We completed the test drive and walked thru the lot looking a all the available colors. We decided the options and colors we wanted. We told Albion and he located the car of our choice. We negotiated pricing taking everything into consideration. A week later we returned to pick up the vehicle we were very happy with the entire puychasing experience. Albion and Mike were great, we would recommend all our friends to shop at Philips. More
