The only complaint I have is the length of time I was there. Four hours from start to finish to purchase a vehicle/trade in. Way too long. I just wanted to let you know how truly pleased my husband and I were with our recent purchase of our 2011 Chevy Traverse. Our salesman Howard Ward was excellent at answering all of our questions (trust me there were a lot). He was very accessible via phone and email and did not pressure us at all during the sale. He was informative, personable, and professional. Last night he even stayed late with us at the dealership to show us all of the gadgets and features of our brand new vehicle. It was well after the dealership had closed and I am sure he wanted to get home, but the fact that he went the extra mile for us was much appreciated. I have only purchased a couple of cars in my life, but I can honestly say that the experience we had with Howard was like no other and we will definitely be purchasing any additional "new" vehicles from him. We shopped around for other dealers in the area and were unable to find the vehicle with the options we wanted at a price as good as Phillips. we are two VERY satisfied customers. :) More
