We had some "credit issues" and I truly believe every manager in that building did everything they possibly could to get us to where we needed to be. RAMI was compassionate to our situation and not once did I feel like I was being "taken to the cleaners" or looked down upon for our "issues". Finance manager, Yasin Yassin, took it one step further and REDUCED our payment by trying different scenarios with financing. Have you ever gone into the finance office & your payment was LESS??? This dealership WANTS and DESERVES your business. I can honestly say I am 100% satisfied with EVERY aspect of the deal!!
