I was in a complicated situation with an early termination of a lease on a Nissan Maxima, they were able to help me get out of the lease after 8 months and get me into a New Traverse. Everyone is always friendly, and willing to take the extra step to make you happy. They have an exceptional service department, very diligent in making sure the customer is satisfied and the necessary repairs get made. The dealership also is very clean, and well cared for, which is a sign of how they treat their employee's and customers. I wish every car buying experience could work this way, and I know I am not the easiest to deal with when it comes to sales. More

We had a really great experience buying our SUV at this dealership. I actually dreaded going through the process and it turned out to be really great because of the staff and customer service there. Our salesperson Joe was down to earth and took the time to show us the various models we were interested in along with test drives. Everyone was super friendly at this location and they offered some great deals. Most importantly, after the deal was done, our salesperson took the time to sit in our new vehicle with us and go over all features that he knew were new to me! Showed us the basics on the dashboard and then even helped us get our Bluetooth and OnStar functions activated which was going above and beyond. I'm sure he was tired and ready to go for the day but he stayed to make sure we left happy. LOVE THIS PLACE AND OUR NEW EQUINOX! I will return down the road and I highly recommend it. I had visted two other Chevy dealerships prior to Phillips, and the customer service and respect I received at the Phillips dealership was outstanding in comparison to my other experiences. The at Phillips, and the customer service and respect I received at the Phillips dealership was outstanding in comparison to my other experiences. The atmosphere was very postive and each person who crossed my path was very professional and cordial at all times. I would like to personally commend Mike Darge and Phil Jarrad for their salesmen ship and how they went above and beyond in locating the vehicle I was looking for. The follow up, availability, and assitance they provided should be recognized as it certainly was by me, which in turn will lead me to refer family and friends to this dealership from my positive experience. I also want to mention I was impressed with the Facebook charity donation for the Make-A-Wish foundation Phillips Chevy has in place.
