BEST car buying experience I ever had. Steve Peterson is an asset to the Phillips Chevy team. He was very patient with me and showed me everything I asked about. I had been searching online for a pickup truck but was very specific as to what I wanted. When I was on the Phillips Chevy site Nicole popped up on the screen asking if I needed help. She helped me to check inventory and followed up with me... but did not harass me. Her coworker Tyler was also on to help me on other occasions while I was searchingl. They both were very nice to work with. When I did decide to come to Phillips to look at a truck everyone was so nice. Our saleman Marty McKenna was a pleasant surprise. The few other dealers we checked immediately tried to "lure" us in by telling us someone else was looking at the truck I was interested in. Marty just introduced himself and asked how he could help US. We looked at a few different trucks but ultimately bought a newer truck with lower miles. He took the time to get to know us and find out what we really wanted. It was great to be able to do this without being hounded and harassed. Financing went smoothly and fit into our budget. Overall the experience was a very good one. I would recommend this dealership to everyone and definitely go see Marty McKenna ! More
