When we told him we were looking for an Equinox, he told us he has two, but the price is the price, no deals, they sell as soon as we get them. He got the keys and let us look inside, he was not helpful at all. All in all it was not a good experience. Earlier that week I saw this add on the internet, I filled out a form, and a day or so later I got a call from one of Phillips internet people. He sent me a listing of a couple Equinox that they had and included a price, with a modest discout. We came in and were introduced to Rami Alamawi. He was remarkably helpful. He let us test drive a Malabu, Impala and Equinox. We liked the Equinox, and negotated a little more on the price. We went home to think about it, and a day or so later, I came back with a check and ordered the car that was due in that day. Your service department took it off the delivery truck, got it cleaned up and ready, and we took it home. Rami was remarkably helpful knowledgable and I have recommended him and Phillips to several people since we bought the car. More
