I had come to Phillips for the first time last year for service after I had a couple very bad experiences at Apple Chevrolet in Orland Park. I explained to the Service Manager, Scott what my problems were and what happened at Apple Chevrolet and his response was, "That's crazy. Come on in and we'll get everything taken care of." I told Scott I was so happy with how he and his team handled my situation I would definitely be back to purchase a vehicle. Now 6 months later, I decided to trade my car in for new and went to Phillips. Rami assisted me with selecting a vehicle and going over financing options. Unfortunately the deal didn't work out quite as we had wanted it to. To my surprise, I received a call from Rami the next day letting me know he had worked on a few things and found a way to get me into the car I wanted at a price that was within my budget. I came back to Phillips because I value great service, not because of some flashy marketing campaign or sale. I live in the city of Chicago and would rather drive 40 miles to Phillips than give my money to Grossinger, Apple, etc. More
Went to several dealerships and argued till I was blue in the face. I came into Phillips cheverolet and I didn't have to argue with Marty or mike I told then what I wanted and they got it done. Customer service was good, not great but only because I walked in on a busy Saturday and asked for a specific sales person who was already busy. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly. I hope this is the same if I happen to come back with problems. I did not spend an excessive amount of time sitting around waiting. Overall good experience. Price was OK, not great. I know that I overpaid somewhat, but I did feel that the dealership was willing to work with me a little. More

He was very personable and knew a lot about the 2011 Camaro Convertible that we ended up buying. He really worked with us to close the deal and give us a price that we felt was fare. He also went through all the options on the car before we left. He has a great personality and makes it (believe it or not) a enjoyable experience to buy a new car. More

I have been a Chevy owner for 30 years and have purchased more than 11 new Chevys from multiple Chevy dealers in that time. I have now been dealing with Phillips Chevy for the past 7 to 8 years and have purc more than 11 new Chevys from multiple Chevy dealers in that time. I have now been dealing with Phillips Chevy for the past 7 to 8 years and have purchased the last 3 of those 11 vehicles along with multiple business vehicles from them during that time. I have chosen Phillips over other Chevy dealers each time for several reasons. They have always been the easiest to deal with and I have always received great service both in the sales process but also in the service experience. I also have always received the best price without having to negotiate and fight to get the price I wanted. I have also always checked with other dealers prior to going to Phillips and every time and Phillips’ first price has always been the best price over any other dealer. Because of the sales and service experience that I have always received I’ve recommended Phillips to friends and family who have also then purchased their vehicles from there and they have always commented how much they appreciated that I recommended Phillips to them. The last vehicle I purchased was a 2011 Cruze and I worked with Marty McKenna as my salesman. He was not only very knowledgeable on all the vehicles I was considering but his attention to what I was looking for was top notch. We walked the lot several times during sub freezing temperatures and I never saw any signs of frustration in him with me as I tried to make up my mind. Once I decided on the Cruze, Marty along with Mike Maheras, once again made the sales process enjoyable and very easy to complete. I also have to comment on the follow up I received from Marty, He has called and emailed several times since my purchase just to check on how things were going and if I had any questions or issues with my new car. Great follow up Marty! It’s really appreciated! Also, I can’t for get to thank Mike Maheras for all the years of great service and making sure each purchase has been an enjoyable and easy one to complete! More
We were greeted by Hani's smiling face as we approached the sales location. Buying a car is traumatic for most of us, definitely for me. Hani, and everyone else we spoke with at Phillips, seemed to understand this. They made every effort to make us comfortable and promote a positive environment. That included several Managers, the finance man, and several other sales people. Buying is still a negotiation process. As we worked thru that, Hani was constantly friendly, and supportive. While he had to consult the powers that be repeatedly, there was no long delay, and we were able to complete the transaction without the involvement of a high pressure "closer". I like that. The car was washed, clean, and delivered with the plates on within a few minutes of finishing the paperwork. We left the Dealership feeling good about the transaction, and especially about Hani. In case someone reading this thinks everything was so pleasant because we overpaid -- I honestly don't think so. I did a lot of computer research, and visited two Dealers in person previously. I believe I had the price figured pretty close. Naturally, they're not giving them away, but I believe I got a good deal. More
Today, I bought a pre-certified 2006 Corvette. My experience was great! I did not walk in to purchase a car, I just wanted to look. Sam was accomodating and very helpful. He was not pushy! Micheal was a great manager. He made us feel welcome. He was very fair and gave a good price for the car. Sam was quick and efficient. Sam explained all of then features of the car and was very patient..seeing that we were dinosaurs and not use to the new technology (keyless start, etc). This was a wonderful experience and I bought a wonderful car!! More
I had a pleasant experience with Eugene; he was very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, when it was time for me to drive the car off the lot, it was dirty and there were stains on the in professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. However, when it was time for me to drive the car off the lot, it was dirty and there were stains on the interior as well. Eugene did call for someone to address the problems. I don’t know what the department is call that cleans the cars but, they did a lousy job. This department needs a Quality control persons!! Up until this point everything was going great. It is my opinion, that when you purchased a new car, it should look like a new car inside and out when you drive it off the lot. More
I purchased a new 2011 Equinox from Phillips Chevrolet about a month ago and this was the first time I had ever stepped foot into this delearship. I had been shopping around several other Chevy dealershi about a month ago and this was the first time I had ever stepped foot into this delearship. I had been shopping around several other Chevy dealerships in the area, as well as different manufacturers (Kia, Nissan, Hyundai, etc), but really liked Phillips the best. I had received a warm welcome that was not too pushy...as some dealerships can be right off the bat. I was paired up with Jaime Birks and she was absolutely wonderful from the get go. She listened to what my needs and wants were for a vehicle and thoroughly answered every question I had...and there were many! I went on several test drives and through it all Jaime was very accomodating and patient with my indecisiveness on color and options. She followed up with me through phone calls and emails. Again, not pushy. My trade-in was a '95 Chevy Monte Carlo and the whole process went smoothly. I was very satisfied with the service provided by the dealership, and especially Jaime Birks - she is great to work with! More
