Horrible dealership to take your car for service. My truck has been there for 4 months going to 5. I was dealing with Jim Berlin, service advisor. There was no communications between the dealership and truck has been there for 4 months going to 5. I was dealing with Jim Berlin, service advisor. There was no communications between the dealership and myself. I had to constantly checking, they’ll not call me for any up dates. At last Keith, the Mgr. Tried to be helpful however the damage is already happened. I really regretted taken my truck at that dealership. The treatment was welcome at all. I end up in a rental, when the truck is finally ready, they finally called and rushing me to come pick it up, while I was out of month in a business trip not knowing when my truck would of be ready. they charged me over $2000. For the rental. I’m unsure of what to do at this point. Thinking of bringing this into legal matter, because this is really unfair to me as a customer. I’m still making payments and paying insurance while they are fixing my truck. Every time I called they told me parts in order not sure when. It will be in. Also, I’m not truck why this type of treatment maybe I’m a black male, but unsure. I don’t think they’re doing this to anyone else’s. The retaliation towards me is uncalled for and I demand justice for them charging me extra money while I wasn’t sure when they truck will be ready. Please stay away from this dealership as much as possible. Definitely if you’re black, they’ll try all the can if you’re driving a nice car to harm you and your car. They hold on to my car for 4-5 months, hmmm you wonder why. My brand new 2021 that I bought after three days broke down and took it to dealership and the told me the cam sensors issue, unbelievable that took over 5 months to be fixed. i believe the only reason why the treat me like this is because I’m black, there’s no other reason towards it.
