Unfortunately when an error like this is made, it isn't just a matter of changing the name or info in a system- it actually has a lot of moving parts (i.e. bank, credit bureau, etc.) and this does take time. We did the best we could to get it corrected in a timely manner and do hope that you can understand mistakes happen and we apologize.
