I purchase my vehicle in June. Two months later I noticed the gel coat was coming off. I called Buick and was told this would be covered under the warranty. I took it into the service center before the warranty ran out and was told they needed to order a grill and would repaint and gel coat my encore. They were supposed to contact me when the part came in. They dragged their feet and did not contact me. Now my warranty is up and it is not fixed. More
