The sales process went well and I felt I got a good deal for my 2014 Cadillac ATS, although the sales representative (Scott Hall I think was his name) needs to go over all of the car's features, especially for my 2014 Cadillac ATS, although the sales representative (Scott Hall I think was his name) needs to go over all of the car's features, especially the CUE system / electronics and I need him (if he will) to show me how to bluetooth/pair my new Apple i-phone 11 to my car. Was very pleased that I was able to look around some, before someone came out and greeted us. I am sorry I don’t remember the man’s name, but he had a bad back. I was very disappointed this time. I brought the car in for faulty pistons that they knew was a problem with my car. I had to fight with the warranty dept myself to get it covered. Was I brought the car in for faulty pistons that they knew was a problem with my car. I had to fight with the warranty dept myself to get it covered. Was told it was a 17 1/2 hour job and the ordered the parts . Told me it would take a week. Since I was going away for the weekend I cancelled my appts that week and did without a car all week. When I called the next week , I was told one part was back ordered and when I asked how long was told they didn’t know. I rented a car and was told they would only pay for a week. . I waited all week and no car. I started calling and found the part in 8 other dealerships and let them know it. They said they couldn’t get it from another dealership. I drove and got the part and drove it back to them expecting to get the car in a few days. It took 2 1/2 weeks to finally get the car. After much discussion over and over again throughout the time as to whom should pick up the tab on the rental they finally paid for it. However, I had to foot the bill for the gas and $7.95 toll to go get the part. Normally I would speak highly of this service dept but this time it was stressful and out and out plain awful. Not only did they not have the car ready in a timely fashion, I had to call repeatedly for updates on its status. When it was finally ready I had to drop everything to pick it up within an hour of their closing as well as having to be late for my dinner plans. More
