Trust and a dealership, two words one doesn't think go together. But with Chick and Matt making me feel comfortable, relaxed, full explanations, and no pressure. This is my second car from them. Two of my together. But with Chick and Matt making me feel comfortable, relaxed, full explanations, and no pressure. This is my second car from them. Two of my neighbors around me went after me over there and got their car's from there. Yes I remembered Phillips Buick Dealership to anyone. Why pay more than you have to. More
Great dealership, friendly, knowledgeable non-pushy salesman. They work with you for the car you want...not what they want to sell you for bigger profit. salesman. They work with you for the car you want...not what they want to sell you for bigger profit. More

Received insufficient information to make an educated decision. Advised diagnostics indicated to replace converter. First estimate was a written dollar amount on a piece of paper. Came back for a written decision. Advised diagnostics indicated to replace converter. First estimate was a written dollar amount on a piece of paper. Came back for a written estimate a few days later where learned price was to replace all 3 converters. Didn’t receive proper part numbers as parts department said would have to input VIN# which they had on my original work order but he said the quote would still be the same. Leaves you feel getting proper part numbers is a big secret. Also not a very detailed diagnostic as they couldn’t tell which converter was plugged as it would be coincidental that all 3 converters plugged at the same time. Also charged the minimum hourly rate $149 instead of diagnostic rate of $75. Just pointing it out, I could care less about the fee. Preferred prior service calls where you would set an appointment, it was more time efficient for the customer. New system “first come, first served” resulted in a 3 hour wait for a job that took 1 hour or less. More
